Products and Services

We offer digital products including ebooks, PDF guides, and personalized astrology and Human Design readings. We also offer free tools including the Provider Energy Diagnostic.

All products are digital. Nothing is shipped physically. Products are delivered via email, direct download, or access through this website.

Payments and Pricing

All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed and paid for.

Tips and donations made through our Buy Me a Coffee page are voluntary, non-refundable, and not tied to any specific product or service.

Refund Policy

Digital downloads (ebooks, PDF guides): No refunds after download. Because these are digital products delivered instantly, all sales are final once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

Personalized readings: No refunds after delivery of the reading. If you have concerns about the content of your reading, contact us at hersoftpowerastrology@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we will address your concerns.

If a reading has not yet been started (within 48 hours of purchase and before work has begun), you may request a full refund by emailing hersoftpowerastrology@gmail.com.

Reading Delivery

Personalized readings are delivered as PDF files to the email address you provided at the time of purchase. Delivery takes up to 14 days from the date of purchase and receipt of your complete birth data.

If we do not receive complete birth data within 30 days of your purchase, we will contact you to request it. If we do not hear back within 60 days, the reading will be considered forfeited and no refund will be issued.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, tools, product designs, and brand elements, is the property of Her SoftPower Astrology and is protected by copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or republish any content from this website without written permission.
