Thank you for purchasing from Her SoftPower Astrology. We want you to feel confident in every purchase you make. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before buying any product or service, as your purchase indicates your agreement to these terms.

Digital Products (Ebooks, PDF Guides)

All digital product sales are final. No refunds after purchase.

Because these are instantly downloadable digital files, we are unable to verify whether the product has been accessed, copied, or used after purchase. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.

Personalized Readings

Each reading is a personalized product created specifically for you based on your birth data. Because readings require significant time and labor to produce, our refund terms are as follows:

Within 48 hours of purchase and before work has begun: Full refund.

Between 48 hours and 5 days of purchase: 50% refund, regardless of whether work has started.

After 5 days of purchase or after reading delivery (whichever comes first): No refunds.

If you have concerns about the content or accuracy of your delivered reading, contact us at hersoftpowerastrology@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will review your concerns and work with you to address them.

Tips and Donations

All tips made through our Buy Me a Coffee page are voluntary and non-refundable. Tips are not tied to any specific product or service.

Free Tools

The Provider Energy Diagnostic and any other free tools on this website require no purchase. No refund policy applies to free tools or content.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email hersoftpowerastrology@gmail.com with your name, the email address used at purchase, the product or reading you purchased, and your reason for requesting a refund.

Refund requests are processed within 7 business days. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method through Stripe.

Chargebacks

If you believe there has been an unauthorized charge or an error, please contact us at hersoftpowerastrology@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving any billing issues directly and promptly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in additional fees and delays in resolution.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Changes will not apply retroactively to purchases made before the update.
